Hospitality Toolkit's calculators run in your browser. The values you enter are used to calculate results on your device and are not intentionally sent to us by the calculator. Please don't enter information that identifies you or another person into a calculator.
Information processed when you visit
When you request a page, our hosting provider, Vercel, may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request time. This information may appear in service logs and is handled under the provider's own privacy terms.
We do not currently require visitor accounts or knowingly collect calculator inputs through the public pages. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it to respond.
Cookies and advertising
Hospitality Toolkit may display advertising from Google AdSense after advertising is enabled and the site is approved. Google and other advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to store or access information on your device, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, personalize ads based on your visits to this site or other sites.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also learn about industry opt-out choices at aboutads.info/choices. Blocking cookies in your browser may affect advertising or other site features.
Where required, we will use a consent-management solution and obtain the choices required before serving relevant advertising. Your available choices depend on your location and applicable law.
How we use information
Information processed in connection with the site may be used to provide and maintain pages, protect the service from abuse, understand and troubleshoot technical issues, respond to messages, and support advertising if enabled. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.
Retention and security
Technical logs and messages may be retained by the relevant service provider or by us for as long as reasonably needed for security, operations, legal obligations, or responding to you. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for hospitality business operators and a general audience. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request.

The website may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. When advertising is enabled, Google's handling of data is also subject to Google's information about partner sites and its privacy policies.
